The terms that apply when you visit qai-global.com and use the materials made available through this website.

Operator and scope

This website is operated by Nuvira EOOD (НУВИРА ЕООД), UIC / EIK 208352429, Sofia, Bulgaria. “QAi”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nuvira EOOD in these terms.

These terms govern access to qai-global.com, www.qai-global.com and the materials made available through them. By using the website, you agree to these terms. A pilot, review, subscription or other formal engagement with QAi is governed by the separate written agreement for that engagement.

Website information

The website presents general business, technical and regulatory-context information for professional and institutional audiences. It supports evaluation and discussion; it is not legal, regulatory, compliance, audit, investment or other professional advice.

We aim to keep published information clear and current. Regulatory requirements, technical capabilities and institutional needs can change, so visitors should assess information against their own circumstances and obtain appropriate professional advice. Product scope, deliverables, service levels and deployment arrangements are established in writing for each engagement.

QAi’s evidence and accountability boundary

References to laws, regulations, standards or supervisory expectations explain the context in which evidence may be useful. They are not a certification, legal opinion, compliance statement or guarantee that using QAi satisfies any particular obligation.

Intellectual property and permitted use

Unless stated otherwise, the website, its design, text, graphics, product concepts, taxonomies and downloadable QAi materials are owned by or licensed to Nuvira EOOD and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view the website and download or share reasonable extracts of publicly available materials for internal evaluation, review or discussion, provided that the material remains accurate, complete in context and attributed to QAi. This permission does not cover commercial republication, resale, creation of a competing derivative work, removal of notices, or use of QAi names or marks in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership.

Third-party names, marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Any additional permission stated on a specific resource applies to that resource.

Information sent to QAi

The public contact form and email routes are intended for initial enquiries. Please do not send credentials, customer records, personal data, trade secrets or other sensitive case material through them. If a discussion requires confidential or protected information, first agree an appropriate secure channel and written terms with QAi.

Website availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care in operating the website, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every item will remain complete, current or free from error at all times. We may update, suspend or withdraw website content where reasonably necessary.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that safeguard, Nuvira EOOD is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, data or reputation arising from use of the public website, or for decisions made solely in reliance on its general information.
